Hello, I am new to this community.
I have not been a stable vegan, but I have been a stable vegetarian for about 3+ years now.
I want to be completely vegan, but on rare occasions I have the worst downfalls ( for Ben & Jerry's ice cream ). However, I avoid dairy and eggs when buying and cooking food, and mostly eat fruit and vegetables.

Lately, my problem with food has been sweets, eating too much, and eating too late; I have a really bad sweet tooth, but my appetite is probably messed up by disordered sleeping and stress. Likewise, I haven't been getting as much exercise as I used to.
I think my weight's been stable-ish, but I've lost a lot of muscle mass in the past 2 years from decreased amounts of pilates.
My goal is too lose some weight/gain muscle by December 12th---doing that from exercising 3+ a week and eating less sugar/processed foods, and eating more raw foods.

Height: 5' 7"
CW: 114lbs
GW: 110lbs

True. It's unrealistic that I'd lose 5 pounds while gaining muscle. I guess a more realistic way of putting it is turning 5 lbs into muscle..averaging about the same weight thought.
